This is a Workmen's Compensation case appealed from the Circuit Court of Attala County. The basis of the claim was the death of John Curtis Webb that occurred on August 15, 1980. His alleged dependents contend that at the time of his death, he was engaged in the course of his employment with appellee Guthrie Hunter. The administrative judge, a majority of the compensation commission, and the circuit court entered orders denying compensation...
