COUNTISS, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying a Rule 215a1 motion to require two deponents to answer certain questions and produce certain documents. The trial court concluded the deponents were entitled to rely on their privilege against self-incrimination in refusing to answer the questions or produce the documents. We reverse and remand.
