Farris Neal Wright was charged with two counts of violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951, interference with interstate commerce by threats of violence. A jury found him guilty on both counts and he was sentenced on April 6, 1981. Wright filed a motion to vacate, set aside or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 on March 15, 1982.
