Plaintiff, Nathaniel Williams, filed this suit against defendant-appellant E.J. Hull Electric Co., Inc. and its liability insurer, Bituminous Insurance Companies, for injuries he sustained on June 28, 1976, when an electrical switch box he was operating on a construction site owned by Sucrest Edible Molasses Company in Harvey, La. burst into flames.
