This action arose when Mr. M.E. Vallaire initiated executory process to foreclose on a $20,000.00 promissory note secured by a second mortgage. Miss Dorothy S. Lee answered and asked for a preliminary injunction to stop the seizure and sale of the mortgaged property, her home.
