Mark Houston Kolbert appeals his convictions for aggravated robbery in three cases. Trial was before a jury on his plea of guilty in each case. Punishment was assessed at confinement for a term of twenty (20) years. Appellant contends (1) that the trial court did not have authority to grant new trials in, or jurisdiction to retry, two of the cases and (2) that he was harmed in the trial of the third indictment because evidence of the other two cases was...
