This is an appeal from a permanent injunction. On motion by appellee, the City of Plano, the trial court enjoined appellant, Fountain Gate Ministries, Inc., from specific activities which were allegedly in violation of the Plano zoning ordinance. In eleven points of error, Fountain Gate claims that the zoning ordinance is unconstitutionally vague and overbroad; that its enforcement infringes upon Fountain Gate's freedoms of religion and speech and...
