Light, sole owner of G-W-L Builders, Inc., is jointly and severally liable with G-W-L Builders, Inc., d/b/a Goldstar Builders, for damages for failure to construct a house. The trial court, in a non-jury trial, held Light jointly and severally liable with Goldstar for acts of fraud and violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and awarded damages to the Wilsons.
