This is an appeal from a judgment of manslaughter and sentence of fifteen years. We reverse and remand for new trial.

During closing argument, the prosecutor stated: "There, ladies and gentlemen, is a man who forgot the fifth commandment, which was codified in the laws of the State of Florida against murder: Thou shalt not kill."
