In this Chapter 39 juvenile proceeding, appellant contends that the circuit court erred in denying continuance of a June 10, 1982, hearing on three petitions filed on June 1, 1982. Appellant had previously been adjudicated a delinquent in three separate cases and placed in a Community Control Program under the supervision of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.
