SPURLOCK, Justice.

Appellant, David Louis Pearson, appeals from his conviction for burglary of a habitation. V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 30.02. Parson was tried by a jury which assessed punishment of fifty (50) years imprisonment.

Parson asserts, in six grounds of error, that: (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the jury verdict; (2) he was denied due process of law because the victim committed perjury at trial; (3) the trial court...
