In this removed diversity case Regina Kucera, a named beneficiary in a life insurance policy, appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Summary judgment was granted on the sole ground that suit on the policy was time barred by the Pennsylvania six-year statute of limitations applicable to contract actions. 42 Pa.Cons.Stat.Ann. § 5527(2) (Purdon 1981).
