Appellant was charged, in separate indictments, with two offenses of indecency with a child. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 21.11 (Vernon 1974). At his request, the charges were consolidated for trial. The jury found appellant guilty of each offense and assessed 4 years confinement in the penitentiary for each.
