In this case appellant filed a petition or motion pursuant to Rule 60.02, T.R.C.P., to set aside and reopen a judgment of the Chancery Court of Madison County approving a lump-sum workers' compensation settlement. The settlement had been approved by the Chancellor on August 29, 1979. The motion for relief from the judgment was filed exactly one year later, on August 29, 1980.
