In this case the trial jury and the court of appeal, 411 So.2d 1150, refused to hold a surgeon liable for removing a woman's reproductive organs without her consent. We reverse. The evidence presents no reasonable basis for finding that the woman consented either expressly or impliedly to a removal of her reproductive organs.
