CARDAMONE, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff Roslyn Savings Bank (Bank) seeks modification of the automatic stay occasioned by the filing of a bankruptcy petition by defendant-debtor Comcoach Corporation. The United States Bankruptcy Court (Lifland, J.) refused to modify the stay, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Lowe, J.) affirmed. We affirm.
