Appeal by plaintiff from summary judgment in favor of defendants in an action based on fraud. We affirm.

On November 15, 1980, Mrs. Freddie Ann McDow was driving a 1979 Chevrolet van on a narrow, unpaved road in Tuscaloosa County. She was accompanied by her sister, Nova Story.
