This case involves a dispute over the ownership of stock in Master Hair Care, Inc. (MHC), which operates four Fantastic Sam's franchises in Little Rock, North Little Rock and Jacksonville, Arkansas. Appellant, Emmett Coyne, contends he owns 50% of the stock, but appellees, Jeanne Coyne (Emmett's sister) and Katherine Carey, argue they own all of MCH's stock.
