This is a worker's compensation case. Paul Brown, the employee, a registered nurse, suffered fatal injuries in an automobile collision on Texas Highway 6 approximately seven miles northwest of Waco while enroute in his car to a hospital in Meridian to work a shift assigned to him by his employer, Homemakers of Waco, Inc., whose business was providing health care personnel to client hospitals.
