OPINION

SPURLOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Pauline Bradley, appeals the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of appellees, Quality Service Tank Lines, and Terry L. Sivley, alleging that the summary judgment proof establishes as a matter of law that there were genuine issues of fact concerning Bradley's damages.
