Aquachem Company, Inc. is a Florida corporation engaged in the manufacture and distribution of swimming pool chemicals and equipment. Olin Corporation is a Virginia corporation and a diversified producer and distributor of chemicals, which include swimming pool chemicals. In the early 1970s Aquachem began distributing Olin's product HTH to swimming pool dealers. HTH is Olin's brand of calcium hypochlorite (cal hypo), a swimming pool sanitizing...
