OPINION

ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, Byron Keith Wolford, appeals from a judgment of conviction of attempted murder. After a jury trial, the jury assessed punishment at 15 years in the Texas Department of Corrections. We affirm.

Appellant brings four points of error on appeal. In point of error one, appellant alleges that the trial court erred in overruling his objection to the jury charge and refusing to charge the jury on the law of voluntary manslaughter...
