Defendant Potamkin Cadillac Corporation ("Potamkin") appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Kevin Thomas Duffy, Judge, denying Potamkin's motion pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(2) to vacate the court's judgment of February 24, 1982, against Potamkin on grounds of newly discovered evidence.
