Following a jury trial, Isaac Davis was convicted of dealing in cocaine,1 a class B felony, for selling cocaine to a police officer. Davis appeals, raising two issues:2

(1) Whether the trial court erred in allowing the State's expert witness to state his opinion which was based, in part, on tests performed by a chemist who was unavailable to testify at trial; and (2) Whether...
