STATON, Judge.

Target fired Adam Coleman, a night maintenance man and prosecuted him for conversion, a class A misdemeanor. The deputy awarded to Coleman unemployment benefits after he was acquitted of the conversion charge. Target successfully appealed the award to the Appeals Referee (Referee). Later, the Review Board (Board) adopted the Appeal Referee's decision. Coleman contends that because he neither admitted to or was convicted of conversion the Indiana Employment...
