Lizabeth Crusta Massie (plaintiff) filed a "PETITION FOR SEPARATION" in which she sought, among other things, the issuance of rules to show cause why defendant, Charles W. Massie, III, should not be condemned to pay alimony pendente lite and child support, and why she should not be granted the right to use and occupy the family residence pending the partition of community property1.
