UTTER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder in which punishment was assessed by the jury at life imprisonment. Our original opinion of September 23, 1982 is withdrawn and this opinion is substituted for it. The current case is a retrial of a capital murder conviction which was reversed. Silguero v. State, 608 S.W.2d 619 (Tex.Cr.App. 1980). The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged...
