Pursuant to a rule filed by Billy Joe Everett on December 14, 1981, against his former wife, Cynthia Kaye Everett, the latter was ordered to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of court for interfering with her former husband's visitation rights and why the custody of their eight-year-old son, Daniel Lee Everett, should not be changed from her to her former husband.
