This is an action for worker's compensation benefits, medical expenses, penalties and attorney's fees. After a trial on the merits the district judge rendered judgment in favor of the defendants, Farley's Glass Co., Inc., plaintiff's employer, and Allstate Insurance Company, Farley's insurer, rejecting all of plaintiff's demands and dismissing this action.
