ROSS, Circuit Judge.

In November 1982, a jury convicted Stan Studna on ten counts of violating the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1984 and 1990c (1976). Studna filed a motion for judgment of acquittal or a new trial on November 15, 1977. The district court1 denied the motion on November 23, 1982.

On appeal the appellant argues: 1) that 15 U.S.C. §§ 1984 and 1990c are unconstitutional...
