Lerco Corporation brings this action for patent infringement and unfair competition against Ernest K. Haley, a former employee. Jurisdiction is claimed under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1338(a) and (b). Venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1400(b). There is no diversity, Lerco being a Kentucky corporation and Haley being a Kentucky resident.
