The People appeal the ruling of the Pueblo district court1 that section 18-9-202, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8),2 which prohibits cruelty to animals, is unconstitutionally vague. The defendant, Everett Allen, cross-appeals the district court's ruling that he lacked standing to challenge section 18-9-202 as unconstitutionally overbroad. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the case...
