Cheryl Boudreaux appeals from the Civil Service Commission's decision upholding her termination as a probationary automotive mechanic with the Equipment Maintenance Division (EMD) of the City of New Orleans.

Plaintiff contends 1) that the hearing examiner's lack of objectivity deprived her of a fair hearing, and 2) that the Commission erred in holding that she had failed to prove sex discrimination as required by LSA-Const. Art. 10 § 8...
