COLLINS v. FLORIDA PAROLE & PROBATION COM'N

No. AJ-42.

441 So.2d 645 (1983)

Danny Charles COLLINS, Appellant, v. FLORIDA PAROLE AND PROBATION COMMISSION, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied December 30, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard E. Gerstein and Paul M. Rashkind of Sams, Gerstein & Ward, P.A., Miami, for appellant.

Earl H. Archer, Acting General Counsel for Florida Parole and Probation Com'n, Tallahassee, for appellee.
