Defendant, Lloyd Lachney, pleaded guilty to possession of stolen things [LSA-R.S. 14:69(B)(2)] amended from simple burglary. His guilty plea was entered with the reservation of the right to appeal an earlier adverse ruling on a motion to suppress evidence.
