Defendant, Annie Louise Lewis, was charged by separate bills of information with two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and with one count of possession with intent to distribute a CDS.1 Defendant pleaded guilty as charged on each of the three offenses and, subsequent to the preparation of a presentence investigation report and a presentence hearing, she was sentenced equally on all three counts...
