Appellant Northeast Petroleum Industries ("Northeast") appeals an award of indemnity to appellee Maritime Overseas Corporation ("Maritime") for a judgment paid by Maritime to an injured seaman in its employ and for Maritime's costs and attorney's fees in defending the seaman's suit. We hold that indemnity was not warranted but that appellee is entitled to contribution from appellant and remand to the district court to assess the comparative fault...
