Larry Bryant, Charles Bryant and Bill Teague were convicted in a joint trial of armed robbery and possessing a sawed-off shotgun. The facts developed at the trial court as to each Defendant were different as to actual involvement in the armed robbery, the use of a firearm in the commission of the offense, the place and circumstances of the arrest, and in prior criminal conduct and convictions.
