This is a suspensive appeal by Ellen Tooley Swann, widow of Francis E. Swann, individually and as administratrix of the succession of Francis E. Swann, from a judgment1, of the trial court signed July 17, 1981, in favor of James E. Daspit and Janet S. Daspit in the amount of $105,000, plus interest and costs.2
