In this Workers' Compensation case there was a consent judgment declaring plaintiff temporarily totally disabled and awarding her benefits as provided for in LSA-R.S. 23:1221(3). In a separate judgment, which is the subject of this appeal by defendant, the trial judge awarded plaintiff $250 as a civil penalty and $500 for attorney fees because of defendant's failure to furnish plaintiff with medical reports; $29.04 for unpaid medical benefits and $1000...
