This appeal arises from a jury verdict in a personal injury action, returned in favor of plaintiff, John V. Reed, and against defendants, House of DeCor, Inc. and its insurer Gulf Insurance Company, in the amount of $100,000.00 (the policy limits) jointly, severally and in solido, and individually against the House of DeCor, Inc. for an additional $100,000.00.
