This case arises out of facts described by the plaintiffs as follows. Plaintiff Michael Anthony Fair in a sworn declaration, filed with the complaint, has represented that on December 19, 1979 he and his wife executed a note for ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) to Gary Quittschreiber on 1926 17th Street, S.E. in the District of Columbia.
