This appeal is from a district court judgment which dismissed as moot several related appeals from orders of a bankruptcy court.1 The controlling issue is whether the district court erred in holding that the debtor's principal asset was sold to a "good faith purchaser," which, in turn, resulted in a finding that Fed.R.Bankr.P. 805 mooted the appeals from the bankruptcy court orders.
