This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment entered in favor of plaintiff Bonitz Insulation Company. The court held that the appellants, USF & G and Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Wisconsin, were both liable under insurance policies issued to Bonitz if a judgment were rendered against Bonitz and that both companies owed to Bonitz a duty to defend it in the action brought by the City of Midfield.
