Lawrence Orlando, the testator in this case, died on May 14, 1979. On May 16, 1979, a purported testament of the decedent was admitted to probate and recorded in ex parte proceedings. The testament was dated April 13, 1979.

On June 7, 1979, August J. Franzella, Antoinette Orlando Molay, Marie Orlando Timphony and Antoinette Orlando Muscle filed a suit to annul the probated testament. The petitioners alleged that the formalities for the execution...
