Gwladys Howard Fontaine, the mother of Warren Grilletta, filed this suit on January 9, 1979, for worker's compensation benefits against McDonald Systems, Inc. in connection with the shooting of Grilletta while he was in the course and scope of his employment on January 10, 1978, and his resulting death on February 22.
