HALL, Judge.

This suit arises out of an accident which occurred when plaintiff's automobile was struck by a tractor-trailer rig overtaking her from behind as she slowed and commenced to make a left turn off the highway into her driveway. After trial, the district court found that Hall, the driver of the tractor-trailer rig, was negligent and that plaintiff was contributorily negligent, barring her recovery.
