OPINION

CORNELIUS, Judge.

Henry L. Kennedy was charged in a fourcount indictment with manufacturing marijuana, manufacturing or attempting to manufacture intoxicating liquor, unlawfully stocking intoxicating liquor for sale, and possessing various Schedule I, III, IV, and VI drugs with intent to sell.
