Richard Allnet, was charged August 21, 1980 in St. Tammany, Louisiana with the first degree murder of Randy Sebble, a violation of La.R.S. 14:30, committed on July 31, 1980. The defendant was tried before a jury on November 9-11, 1981 and found guilty as charged.
