Defendants below appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction. Plaintiff, a claimant of unemployment benefits, invoked the jurisdiction of the trial court as an appeal from a decision by the Commission denying to him benefits under the Unemployment Compensation Act, Tex.Rev.
